Mar’s Floral is an absolute gem! Marlee creates the most beautiful, thoughtfully designed flower arrangements. On top of that, Marlee herself is incredibly kind.

My husband has given me flowers from MAR since we first started dating. I always have appreciated, loved and admired Marlee's creativity and the unique florals she finds to include in her arrangements. Of course, there was no question when we were planning our wedding, that we would want Marlee and her team to do the flowers. Everything was stunningly beautiful and perfect. She saw the vision I had (that I don't know I even exactly knew myself) and ran with it, putting the perfect details and touches into place. She is beyond talented, professional, organized, thoughtful and kind. My husband showed up to her shop on the day of our wedding, as she was busy preparing, asking for more flowers so he could decorate our car. She laughed along and whipped something up for him right then and there - which like everything else she makes, was beautiful. We cannot recommend her enough! Thank you!!

I stopped into Mar Floral to buy my boyfriend's aunt some flowers as a thank you for hosting us. I told the girl in the front counter my budget and that I'd like it to be girly and filled with peonies. I picked up the flowers the next day, and boy did they deliver. Even better, Aunt Bonnie is a flower and plant expert. When I gave her the flowers she was delighted and knew immediately the flowers were of great quality. She even let me know that Mar Floral is known in town for the best flowers. The flowers are really reasonably priced for what you get. They have grab and go bouquets for $25 and custom arrangements start at $40. Plan accordingly because the window this florist is open each day is short; but that's totally understandable!

I ordered 5 table centerpieces plus large flower arrangement pretty last minute and everything was ready on time and absolutely gorgeous. An excellent experience and I highlyy recommend Mar Floral and will definitely use them for all my flower needs going forward.

My husband bought me a beautiful bouquet of white roses for Valentine's Day. After several days, some of the roses started to droop. Marlee, the owner, quickly replaced the flowers for me and had them delivered. Very happy with the replacement flowers and customer service!

I don't know where to even start with how impressed I am with Marlee's work. I had high hopes, but I was truly BLOWN AWAY on the day of my wedding when I saw all of the floral elements come to life. Marlee was super professional and responsive right from the jump. She was highly recommended by our venue, but after our first call, I had no doubts she was the floral designer to go with. She listened to and perfectly understood my vision, took meticulous notes, and provided an array of samples where she heard my feedback and offered creative solutions. On the day of the wedding, she flawlessly executed the wedding florals of my Pinterest dreams! You wouldn't believe the amount of compliments we got on the gorgeous colors and arrangements of our florals. She was on time, organized, responsive and helpful throughout the process. My florals were hands down my favorite element of my wedding and I have Marlee to thank. Can't recommend her enough!

I hired Mar. Floral for my June ‘22 wedding and highly recommend Marlee! I changed my vision a few times and Marlee was patient and was great at listening to uncover the look and feel I wanted - and she captured it perfectly with gorgeous bouquets for me and my bridesmaids, boutonnières for my husband and his groomsmen, and beautiful driftwood centerpieces for our reception. She is also very professional, was easy to work with, has fair pricing, and hand delivered everything herself - on time and stress-free!

Marlee has a true talent for floral design. We used Mar Floral for our wedding in Old Saybrook and I had really no idea what I wanted to do with the flowers. I gave some colors, a few flowers that I liked, Pinterest photos and my budget. Marlee went above and beyond! I never considered myself too into florals for weddings - Marlee has changed my mind! They may have been my favorite detail. I would highly recommend using Mar Floral. She was nice and easy to work with, professional and delivered beautiful (I don’t even think that word does it justice) flowers. People were begging to take the flowers home at the end of the event! I had a great experience working with Mar Floral. Marlee achieved perfection creating autumn-themed arrangements—including my bouquet, my husband’s boutonniere, the altar floral pieces as well as centerpiece pieces with roses, calla lilies, and eucalyptus.
